Hey everybody!!!
Been working out for 3 years.
Got some good solid muscle.
Carrying more fat than I need.
Getting older and impatient.
Got any advice for a newby who is looking at steroids ?
Also taking blood pressure medication to control the pressure. I'm sure it is because of my weight and poor diet.
Other than this, I'm healthy and in good shape. Any doctors with any advice or precautions?? I'm very serious about this.

Any thoughts or advice?

bro we need some stats. (age/weight/height/cycle experience/bodyfat) etc
from the sounds of it u need to get on a treadmill to get rid of some fat...its not good to have to high of BF% before cycle and most importantly DIET! If you change a poor diet into half decent to awesome diet ull feel like your juicing it anyways, ull see some awesome gains with just a diet change. Check out the diet and training forums.

yeah definitely roids will increase your bp. it increases mine substantially and i have low bp.
