Hi, Im looking for some help, Im 16, 6'1, 190 lb, I have a problem, Im starting to plateau on my lifts, Im currently at 285 bench and 255 clean, (on the weighliting team) I was wondering if I should start taking some AAS, if not, does anyone know how can i gain more on my lifts, Ive been lifting for 4 years now.

You're too young. AAS will help your lifts and size but may damage you in the long run. Acne, depression, stunted growth (a possibility) and other side effects. Physically and physiologically you're not ready for AAS.

i cant stand people like this. your probably a dorky 110lb loser that watches wrestling and dreams about having muscles like the wrestlers do but are to lazy to get off your ass and go to the gym. i gurentee your not 16, and you probably are in your late 20's and you'll do whatever you can to get a little bit of attention because mommy and daddy never gave you any. its people (and lier's) like you that hurt's these bodybuilding boards.

That says it all. The rest can just be skipped over.
