Need help with 1st cycle

I have been researching a lot of posts in the last month so before I made any decisions on what to go with I read up and found what the general consensus was. This is not my first time working out and I am not some puny guy with unrealistic goals( I'm 6'6 285lbs 16% bf) and I do play D1 college level sports. I have acquired some things from a reliable buddy who has been doing cycles for years so I am not worried about getting fake stuff. I am just looking for someone to map out for me exactly how to take what and when. With detection times and everything I have the perfect amount of time for a 6 week cycle. So without further adue:

Test Suspension- 20ml/100mg
Dbol- 5 mg tabs
Winstrol- 50 mg tabs

What I am looking for is basically what days to take what(Ive read a lot of posts so generally Im thinking test x2ed and take in around 40-50 mg of dbol) and what times of the days would be most effective. Again I am not totally clueless on this topic but I have found a lot of respect for the majority of posters on here with my readings and would really appreciate your help. I am looking to start in the next day or so, so any input would be great.

Take the test 12hours apart(boring IMO), Split the d bol and win up in 5 doses troughout the day..

what kind of gains are you lookiing for. also 2 17aa staroids on teh same cycle is going to be hard on teh liver. d-bol and test susp is going to give a hell of a lot of water bloat.

I`m a bit tired now... sorry.. Don`t take both d bol and win for 6 weeks. Leave out the d bol IMO...

Gra- How much test should be taken in each shot? If I take .5cc each time will that be enough or should I take more?

what is you goal

gsxxr- I am looking to gain strength/mass on this cycle. I am trying to drop a few bf% but realistically I am just looking to bulk up more

you will get a lot of water bloat and when you stop the cycle you will piss out 95% of your gains. Sorry

test suspension little to no keepable gains.

should I take .5cc 2xed like gra said earlier or 1 1cc a day? what is your opinion on the times of day for that?

yes suspension needs to be shoot 2x a day 50mg am pm.

ok thanks for your input guys. will there even be any noticable gains with what i have? or just a waist of my time?

what if the test sus was stacked with deca? would that help to keep some gains?

deca needs to be run for 10 weeks min. are you doing to shoot 2x a day for 14 weeks.

my team mate that helped me out with this lives my his test/dbol regiment and he got enormous. I guess he shrunk a lot when he was done too though

test suspension is not like test-e or c. it has no ester.

your right there is no way i will do that for a first cycle. 2xed for 6 weeks is going to be hell enough. Also i diet/excerise religiously and wondered if there was anything you might recommend for getting those bothersome waist lbs. off of me
