DECA sore joints

What would be the minimum mg per week of deca do you think you would have to take to take advantage of the positive effects it has on collagen synthesis. I was thinking of adding some to my cycle just to help my sore joints. The thing is I am sensitive to progesteron so I would like to take as little as possible.

I would think 200 mgs a week would be plenty for sore joints.

200 should be good as Big Mike says.. I have heard some use around 100 per week mostly depending on if you tolerate it well enough or not..

With test and deca , your joints should feel fantastic.

100 mgs weekly works for me.

Pinn is pretty new to this whole weight lifting thing so he does not need as much as the rest of us experienced lifters.. hahaha

I have used 200/week and 300/week and I never noticed any additional relief from sticking the extra 100mgs so why take a chance on the sides..

I never knew that estrogen and progesterone has anti-inflammatory effects. I am thinking that it is most likely the high dose of letro I am taking that is causing the sore joints. i am going to lower it and see if it helps
