long term cycles...
Hey guys... A buddy and I have been doing Test E (usually 600mg) as a long term... (spread out cycles).
In other words... it is done as one dose every 10 or 12 days. Taking Nolva (40mg) about every 4 days.
Why? The real cycles were simply too harsh. (sleep, mood, sex drive, etc...) Both of us being in our mid forties... it was simply not worth it.
We've been doing these "long term cycles" (ltc) for about 2 years... going off of them every 6 months for about 8 weeks.
The gains have been slow... but very even and steady.
Does anyone see any major issues with this?
Has anyone else ever tried anything of this sort?
The nice thing about it so far... neither of us have had complete shut-down, and the sides are almost non existent.
All comments and thoughts/advice is welcome.
I just wanted to put this out here to see if anyone has done this with success.

Being in your mid 40's, your test levels are naturally lower to start with. Sounds like what you are essentially doing is a form of self-administered HRT. I know alot of guys in their 50's that do this.

It seems to be working pretty well. Was doing cycles of Test E and Tren and it got out of control. Always getting sick and just basically wipped out. The past couple of years (after a good 6 months off)... started doing the long-spread-out cycles (or what you called the "self-administered HRT"). So far so good.
Just wondered if I was missing something that would smack me later. Thanks Big Mike.

During your yearly physicals just pay close attention to your bloodwork. Good luck.
