i just ran out of milk thistle so i bought ala.the tabs are 50 mg each in a 60 tab bottle.i was searching threads on ala and i see alot of recomondations to take 500 mg ed to clean out my liver.
is this right? 10 tabs a day leaves me with 6 days worth,the pharmasist told me to take (1) 50 mg tab ed,not 10 tabs

I don't know 4pl's about ala and the liver, but a guy at elite is doing 6g's and^ a day and say's it's the shit for fat burning and changing body composition.

Yes, at least 500 mg/day. Many people use more, some less. If taking oral AS, more may be benefical.

Bro I'm not an expert by any means. I would think that a normal doses would be only 1 or 2 tabs a day(for non-ass users) but if you are using 17aa's there would be reason to take much higher doses. I know there are many other guys out there that could help....Bump!
