second cycle , need help PCT !!

Whats up guys i hope u can give me a little advice here.
For my first cycle i use sust and deca with good gains ,Unfortunately i didnt ran pct because i wasnt able to buy it , fortunately i didnt lose my gains and dont have any problems with my dick , balls etc.
But this i have the money and i wanna make this cycle fine.
my stats are
height: 1.75 cms weight: 79 kg. And my cycle look like this:

500mg test E per week for 10 weeks
200 mg Equipoise per week for 10 weeks
25 mg dbol per week for 10 weeks

Now i need advice with pct im a little confused what to use , how much use , when starting to use and when quit the pct.

First you don't need PCT now. You DIFINETLY need to check your cycle again..

1- Extend the Enanthate to 12 weeks instead of 10 coz it's a long ester and it'll take time to kick in.
2- 200 mg Equipoise doesn't worth it. Eq is a pretty mild steroid and needs to be ran at least @ 400 mg EW.
3- Run the Eq one week less tahn enanthate so you can start your PCT 2 weeks after the last enanthate injection... ( Half life of Eq ester is 3 weeks and of Enanthate is 2 weeks ).
4- DON'T run Dbol for 10 weeks... tooo long bro. Instead, up the dose to 40 mg ED for the first 4 maximum 5 weeks then stop it.

As for PCT, run the standard one with Clomid - Nolva & Proviron .

Day 1 : Clomid 300 mg - Nolva 40 mg - Prov 50 mg
Days 2-28 : Clomid 100 mg ED - Nolva 40 mg ED - Prov 50 mg ED
Days 29-42 : Clomid 50 mg ED - Nolva 20 mg ED

I think that will do the trick man.

So my cycle now look like this.
400 test per week for 12 weeks
400 equipoise per week for 11 weeks
and 40 mg of dbol per week for 5 weeks at the latest.
So Blackwidow do u think that with that cycle and pct i will have good gains if i do everything fine and keep my gains and return my balls and everything to normal??

test 500mgs wks 1-12
eq 400 mgs wks 1-10 or 11 wks
dbol 40mg ed wks 1-4

Guys how much time is the normal to wait to start the pct 1 week after last shot? 2 , weeks? , if i want to try anthonys pct how many weeks i have to wait to start pct after last test shot.??
