Question On Your Cycle

Ok been a member for a while and started my first cycle about 4 weeks ago I may get a flame for this but this was my choice Test cypionate 300mgs and deca 300mg anyways not asking question about dosage but rather gains generally when do gains begin. I have not gained a pound well actually 3 lbs. I know my body composition has changed. diet and training deff. in check and cycle is solid after much research. when did gains really start for everyone on first cycle

Everyone has different reactions to gear. Some see results earlier than others. Most of the time you will start seeing results around week 5.

Depends on what you mean by "gains". Pounds or strength?

Oh, it seems you mean pounds.

With a test prop starter to my test c & eq cycle I noticed a difference in my physiqe the first week but as far as gains go It starts in week 4 for me.
