How much did you lose

after your first cycle?

after every cycle i do, i lose at least 20 pounds, but that is mostly fat because i always run clen during pct.

You lose 20 lbs.??? Do you gain like 35 lbs. per cycle???

I've lost 25 lbs since my first cycle, I looked kinda like shrek while i was on though, just big and storng.

I'm much leaner now and I've kept most of my strength gains,and I look better then I did the last time I weighed 225.

gained 15, kept 12

I gained 12 pounds and kept all, nowadays I almost loose everything

I lost 15lbs by just dropping the dbol at wk 6. Not sure how much I will keep after PCT and clen.
