Well pills are typically 17aa meaning toxic as it is made to survive first pass of the liver. Injectables are used in hormone replacement therapies as testosterone is a natural hormone in the human body.

Way to broad a question. I am guessing you are referring to commonly used AASs? If so, best results are achieved using both. That being said injectables are usually less stressful to the liver and cholesterol alterations. One must maintain a sterile environment when injecting or a host of problems arise (bacteria infection, HIV, hepatitis, etc).

thank you, i was just making sure, because friends of mine say that injections are better on your liver, and i wanted to make sure

for the most part, injections are safer. most of the 17 alpha alkaloid steroids will cause considerable stress on your liver, along with all the other harmful side effects that injectables cause.
