Clen Question: i know that i will need about 100mcg per day at the peak of my intake... does it matter if i take 20mcg 5 times a day , or 40mcg 3 times a day etc... as long as my total intake is around the 100mcg or what i can tolerate?

split dosed are best. just dont take after 4pm. might not sleep well
I would ( and do) break it into two doses a day.
