    Besides what is mentioned above:

    1-India, Pakistan, Iran and Turkey.
    2-Most of EU countries.
    3-Almost all Eastern Europe.

    Actually I believe the rules in the USA are the strictest with respect to ASS. Everywhere else, you can get them without hassle even if they are not allowed officially.
