a few thing will help.
1. worm up the oil.
2. before you pull the pin out let it sit got 10sec.
3. you can do a z-track injection.
4 dont flex.
I read online that if that happens it means you didn't go deep enough into the muscle. The article said that you should hold a cloth over the injection site and apply pressure and it would eventually absorb.
I bet that was some scarry shit though huh?
Ive had the same thing happen to me before, I believe its just what Ironmike said, just didnt go deep enough in the muscle. No need to be worried bro, you'll be fine.
z-tracks can be a b1tch if you arent careful and keep the skin pulled throughout the whole injection...
I dont agree with it not being deep enough. I think its to do with pressure.

I ask because lately my EQ and TEST ENAN injections into my glutes don't hurt anymore. The first 1-2 weeks it stung a little bit, but now I get the 'lump' but very little noticible pain at all. I'm 99% sure it's in the actual glute muscle, but for the sake of discussion, if no juice gets shot in the muscle AT ALL, what happens?
Fluid rejection is normal and happens.
Inject slowly and give it a few seconds before removing the needle once the injection is complete.
Rub the site with an alcohol pad to help dispurse the injected fluid.
