I've been reading for about 1 1/2 years and finally decided to join and (gulp) post some questions, so here it goes:

I'm planning my 2nd cycle and was thinking about going with:

weeks 1-10

Decca 600 mg/wk
Test-E 500 mg/wk
Nolva 20-40mg/day (as needed, unfortunately prone to gyno)

PCT
Days 1-30: 100mg Clomid, 20mg Nolva, .25mg Arimidex

Ques. #1
Is this a good 2nd cycle?

As far as PCT is this the standard and amounts for all gear? (I know start time are different)

Totally off topic but just wondering, why do some people get banned (don't want to make the same mistakes, I know trying to buy/sell on boards, reve****g sources, etc. does it, just wanna know other ways, so as to avoid it)

Whoa almost forgot, 1st cycle 500mg test for 10 weeks.

26 years old, 5'9", 180-190lbs, right now around 15-18% bf

1st cycle done about 2 1/2 years ago.

I think that's it.

Decca 600 mg/wk
Test-E 500 mg/wk Test should be higher than Deca, not the opposite
Nolva 20-40mg/day (as needed, unfortunately prone to gyno)

PCT
Days 1-30: 100mg Clomid, 20mg Nolva, .25mg Arimidex 21 days for PCT is enough

as for PCT, roger on the 21 days, but are clomid, nolva and arimidex and at those doses the rule of thumb for all cycles?

1-9 Deca 400mg......keep the Deca lower than the test
Nolva 10mg a day

PCT do what you are doing but for only 3 weeks, and I wouldnt use Arimidex on PCT

the gear I bought comes in 300mg/ml for decca and 250mg/ml for Test-E (both Animal Power brand) can you suggest a way to split it up, I suck at math.
