200 should not be that bad. for me I dont get lethargic and only seem to sweat when I sleep.
I would run it ed. make sure you drink LOTS of water
Im getting a standerd hormone test from my docter january 5th. If i started dnp in a few days and get this test done what will the dnp affect? and will they find it in my blood?Quote:

after a certian amount of time on dnp would fat burning stop ? due to very low t3?
as far as I know, the fat burning effects do not stop. I would be more conserned with how toxic the stuff is.
20 days at 200 gave me a loss of about 15lbs. side effects did not bother me to much untill 400 and I did that for 5 weeks (another cycle)
this stuff is harsh! and I would recomend that you do some serious research before you start. it can be done safely but there is lots to know.

Ive actually read am article somewhere where patients were alternating from 150mg and 250mg ach day because they found that 250ED was to much (these people were severely obese and this method was employed for fat loss over a period of about 8 months)

meal replacement drink for breakfast

-200mg of dnp
scoop of whey & 16 ounces of water for lunch

-2500mcg vitaman b12
scoop of whey, slice of bread & 16 ounces of water for dinner
-green tea 315mg
-alpha lipoic Acid 200mg
-potasium gluconate
-magnisum oxide
scoop of whey before bed
-calcium carbonate
3 hours of cardio a day, with plenty of water
No, no, no.......Only 30 mins of cardio and you NEED carbs in the AM and afternoon, just not at night due to severe night sweats. You will get sick on that diet for sure. DNP will use everything you put into your body as instant energy. You have to drink 1 liter of water every 30 mins when working out then drink water all day no matter if you're not thirsty.
