    Veins....

    just wondering.... how can a person get really SICK veins?

    EQ is known for giving slow but solid gains and your body makes more red blood cells i believe...but whatever it is that does it you get good pumps from it remember to run 400mg+ for 12+ weeks preferably with test

    very true....low bf will bring em out...proper diet and cardio will get u there...anavar i hear makes u very vascular as far as gear goes

    what is EQ?

    but TCEL300, cardio? that's not good when we're taking roids? the heart grows.. ?

    Here's what really made me have sick veins.

    1. low bf
    2. winny/var/eq or steroids in general
    3. working out for 5 years straight. The longer you've been working out, the better chance of getting sick veins. It may sound funny, but it's true.

    as far as the heart growing that is going to happen from lifting regardless...the heart is a muscles and when you work out it works harder therefore it is going to grow...and cardio is very healthy for the heart
    if you are bulking even 20 minutes a few times a week is good to keep it in check

    oh, i work out 6 days a week, no cardio and a lot of food, so that is not good? ok then, thanks for the positive feedback guys

    you can eat food check out the diet forums for some cutting diets to get you BF % down and then your veins should come out and throw some cardio in there too if your seirous about cutting...maybe thats not even what you wanna do i dunno good luck bro

    Oh yea, I forgot about genetics although even without them you can get veins with the things I mentioned. They might not be sick, but you'll get them.

    I'll wait for the spring/summer, after my opinion it's pointless having sixpack and ripped muscles if you can't show 'em off... now in the autumn/winter i am just trying to gain as much weight as possible

    nahh bro the heart doesnt grow...u should be doing cardio...thats the only way your gonna get that ripped hard look.,..cardio

    Exactly. However it really depends on where you're living.

    In miami I always kept my abs ripped all year round, but now living in KC I don't care too much about them in the winter time.

    I'll still do ab exercises, but cut back on sets/reps.

    buffman how educated are you on AAS...i mean you thought they would make your heart grow?..and u were also asking in another thread about parents askn if your on roids...they are not anything to joke around with..this is your body bro..not tryn to flame but read up a lil bit before u make the decision to use AAS...happy holidays good luck

    Not that I recommend this, but EPO and low bodyfat will make wicked veins.

    i got viens just from working out..been bout a 1 year of hard training and i begun to get veins in my shoulder and i can see them goin through my chest but they arnt popping out yet can jsut see the blue colour of them hope they get lumpy that will look crazy
