Gyno questions

ive been on a test prop cycle of 600mg's a week, for 4 weeks now. My nips started getting really sore by the 2nd week then i foud a lump behind my nipple around the 3rd week. I ordered the liquid tamoxifen citrate off the sponsor site on here and i have been useing it for about a week at 80mg's a day. They are not as sore anymore but the lump is still there and seems a bit bigger. Should i up my mg'sof the tamoxifen? Should i stop the cycle? i need advise also will the lump ever go away? thanks

I would get some Letro man. I had the same thing happen to me, I upped the Nolva like you but it doesnt get rid of the lump. I used letro at 2.5 mg each day and the lump disappeared in about a week and the pain is gone as well. But is it important to taper down off of letro. After your gyno is gone keep it at 2.5 mg's for a lil longer then slowly taper down until you get to .25mg each day and then off.

Oh boy 80mgs should have taken care of this problem after a week. Upping the dose I don't think is going to help.

This is why I go against everyone on these sites and say take 10 mgs of Nolva ED while cycling. You all think I'm full of shit until what happened to you shows up. I'd rather lose a little bit of gain and take nolva while on a cycle for preventive measures.

Sorry I'd go straight into PCT four days after your last injection and see if that helps. If not go see your doctor.

i guess u were lucky enough to get something legit... for me and other people here letro is a waste of time. I had been taking 10mg a day of nolva, as soon as i started getting gyno i ordered letro and took it 2.5mg for a month. It didnt do shit

Letro can take up to 10 weeks to work effectively. Keep taking 2.5 mg of Letro and in a few weeks you *might* see some results.

Perhaps the Nolva and Letro you were using are fake, where did you order it from?

Damn man.... Well some glanular tissue can only be removed through surgery or may take longer to soften and disolve. Some glanular tissue is like a solid tumor in its composition while other glandular tissue may be softer, mixed with adipose tissue, or consist of stands of tissue rather then a solid lump.

Letro will work with some glanular deposits but will not be as effective or may take longer with others. Your mileage may vary.



Take a look at the photo below. There are two balls of glanular tissue on his chest. That tissue is extremely solid... In order for letro to work, it must first soften the tissue (which can take months). In some cases the gyno is caught early enough or the tissue is not a solid so the letro works quicker and more effectively.

How big is the lump and how does the tissue feel?

CMAX.. holy smoke.. that is some pics.. Dang I am got a little worry about gyno right now and that is scary.. I have some itch and I "think" I feel a bb size bumps under my nips.. I don't know if my head is messing with me or what. I have being using anti-e the whole time but adding Letro this week (thank you AAR).

You don't go against everyone....I for one totally agree with you, and I use 10mg of nolva while cycling too! I also usually use L-Dex at .25 mg while cycling also as a preventative measure.

There is a good chance that the letro will soften and perhaps even disolve the pencil eraser sized lump. This may take several weeks (up to 10 weeks) and will not happen over night.

I have talked with several people who have said that Letro disolved an aspirin sized lump so that's about the same size as a pencil eraser.

Is this lump totally solid?

This depends on several factors:

(1) The procedures and techniques used. Whether it's glandular excision, liposuction (either standard, ultrasonic, or tumescent), or a combination of both.

(2) The reputation and the experience of the surgeon. Specialists charge more, and specialists who have performed over 100 operations for many years charge even more.

(3) The location of the plastic surgeon. In NYC or California where the cost of living is high the cost of surgery is also high. However, in Virginia or Michigan a comparable plastic surgeon would charge considerably less.


So you could go several different routes here.

BEST SURGEON

The best plastic surgeons for this procedure are specialists who perform 75+ gyno operations a year and have been doing these procedures for 8 or more years.

They will generally perform glanular excisions by cutting around arcs around the areolas to remove the glanular tissue. They will not perform lateral cuts, and will do everything through the small aerola incisions. This doubles the operating room time.

They will also perform tumescent or ultrasonic liposuction. This procedure is more effective than traditional at removing firmer adipose tissue and adipose mixed with glanular tissue. It will also cut down on the bruising and swelling associated with this procedure.

The above procedures can take up to approximately 1.5-4.5 hours and may run you around $8K-10K at a top plastic surgery office. The top three gynecomastia specialists are all located in New York City.

However Michael Bermant is located in Richmond, VA and there is another top surgeon in Dallas, TX that are comparable to the NYC doctors that charge around two to three thousand less solely based on their locations.

If they only need to perform liposuction (on adipose tissue) as would be the case with pseudo gyno (fat and no glanular tissue) then the cost would be much less. If they only need to remove a small solid lump of glanular tissue then the cost of the procedure would also be signifantly less.


OTHER SPECIALIST SURGEONS

A surgeon that specializes in gyno procedures, but who does not exclusively do this procedure may charge anywhere from $5K-8K.


STANDARD PLASTIC SURGEONS

A standard plasic surgeon may charge as little as $2-4K for this procedure but their techniques might not be as specialized in their procedures and they may do lateral cuts (across the pectorals) to remove the glanular tissue which will leave scars instead of only aerola cuts that blend well into the surrounding tissue. They may also use traditional liposuction instead of ultrasonic or tumescent procedures.

Nolva will not reduce any gains when taking test, only a little water. Test should always be taken with anti e. throw in some proviron too. Why take any chances with bitch tits!
