steroids, prostate, and say palmetto

Does it matter what kind of saw palmetto you get to help your prostate. I found some on ebay for 300 500mg caps for 14$ or you can just buy 30 of them from rite aid for 10.
Is their a difference like with tribilus. thanks

IMO extracts are the best to buy in supps. So if it's an extract then you're good.

get Beta Sitosterol instead it is WAYY more powerful and will help specifically with your prostate.

300mg before bed and if you feel like adding it upon waking as well.

It is the standardized extract in saw palmetto that is known for its prostate effects.
