i would steer clear of ab injections. are you talking about sub-q(like growth inj.) or do you mean actually sticking a pin in your one of your abs?

my cousin has a growth problem, so he gets steroids from the doctor to make him grow, and he is injecting into his abs

It is not injected into the abs, but sub Q in the ab region. Nothing should be injected into the ab muscle. Too great a chance of punturing your intestine, becoming septic and dying.

Why try and get so creative - are you a total steroid pig that everything else is scarred up?

Can you inject into the abdominal wall? Perhaps. Should you? Fuk no!
