    Talking Merry Christmakwanzaahanakaa!!!!!

    I know its a couple of days early but I just wanted to say Happy Holidays to all my friends and anabolic family at AR. Thanks to you all who have helped me to acheive my goals this past year and even before that. Welcome to all the new members and new friends I have made this year. Can't wait to start anew year in 2006. Mainly because I have a new cycle I'm staring on the first! Ha ha! Once again bros...Happy Holidays to all of you! ......Later.....Tattoo

    Yeah I guess you're right. I hope Santa brings me that prop I asked for. Check this out. My daughter wants to set out some chicken and a salad for ol Santa tonight cause she says he needs to work out and eat right. She says he must eat alot of cookies to be that big so she wants to help him out. Ain't that cool? I got her trained right.

    Shit man shes 7 and already does workout with me. I have a gym in my house and she works out everytime I do. She can do 10 pull ups already!
