Lets say you have an injection that hurts quite a bit more than normal. If you can bare the pain is it a good idea to flex that muscle and stretch that muscle or would be a better to just let the pain disapear on its own???

Stretch and massage the spot if very painful put ice one ten minutes on then off.
When in doubt rub it out..
