Injecting into Bicep
I do the typical Delt/Thigh/Glute rotation... but I have read about people using Biceps and Triceps to also do injections.
Anyone inject bi/tri?
If so... is there any benefit?
Just curious what everyone's opinion is.

I personally have done it, but wouldn't reccommend it unless you do multiple injections on a daily basis. Delts, glutes and quads is plenty for most.

a lot of people believe in localized growth- so they site-inject tryin to make a certain body part grow. steroids don't cause localized growth so the only reason you'd want to shoot in your bi's if you had to take a ton of injections and you were hitting your quads, glutes, delts too often.

I have shot my tri's in the past, but only with water based gear.

Tris is one of my favs, makes them stick out a lil more for a few days after the injection, I like to shoot into my tris and train them the same day, I can get a crazy pump by doing that. Gonna do bis on Tuesday, havent done them in a long time, its gonna be painfull, but the pump will be nuts.
