    test at 300ml w

    Can this be taken in one shot or should it be split up in 2 per week

    in one shot,but why go with 300mg,why not 500?? if ur worried about the sides there is almost none difference(since your HPTA will be shut) ,but diff in gains will be noticable.

    i assume you are talking about test e,no?

    split the deca up with ur test, equal ammounts to give nice peak ester levels!! seriously
