It says on a medical site one of the side effects with deca is that it makes the penis bigger, but it is a not so common one. But if you connect the exercises that train the penis with deca, you know milk techniques and everything maybe it can be bigger with deca. I think it may be worth a try, there are some statements from a couple of people on the net that gained some inches in girth and length after 3 months of dick exercises without steroid use . The exercises should be mostly used when 65 - 75% erect or something like that, perfect when you are shut down I guess.
