it was a tough 5 months off. right at the end of that time i started to notice the most weight and size loss. my favorite jeans which were nice and tight around the thighs and waste are much more lose then they used to be!!:frown: so today was my first day of my 13 week bulker. my goals are to gains some great size so that i can actually keep it and cut it up in the summer. i have to focus more on my food intake and training time. i think thats where i messed up a bit last time. well here is the layout
