bulking cycle + diet, what do you think
4 - 530am 1 protien shake/500ml of full cream milk, 68 grams protien/600 calories
8 - 9am 3 boiled eggs = 24 grams of protien 183calories
11am - 1pm 6 slices burgen bread w/ salami/tuna/chicken/ham salad 45grams of protien/630 calories
11am yoghurt 200 grams, 200 calories/9grams of protien
protien bar calories 230/14grams of protien
12 pm 1 banana 100 calories/protien ?!?
tuna to go - 8grams of protien/141 calories
2/3pm protien shake/500ml of full cream milk, 68 grams protien/600 calories
4pm 2minute noodles 320 calories/8grams of protien
6/8pm dinner = chicken/fish/steak (30 - 50grams protien/160 - 220calories) and pasta(120calories 3 grams of protien)
with frozen vegetables
830pm ice cream - 170 calories/4grams of protien (i know this is bad but i love icecream can change it if i have too lol)
= around 3500 calories/281 grams of protien
training = 6day split
AAS =
trenbolone ace 40mg ed week 1 - 10
test prop 70mg ed week 1 - 10
anadrol 100mg ed 1 - 4
armidex .25 ed
hcg 1000iu week 4 - 9
nolva 20mg ed week 11 - 15

3rd cycle guys, i know i need another 500 calories in there, but im out of idea's can any1 help me out a bit more then jst giving me a link? i do a physical job during the day so i really dont have much time to eat as concrete doesnt wait for u, once its hard its hard, so i am always eating on the run at work...

From what I see skimming it again you do two shakes a day.... that's 1200 calories if your 600 calories each is accurate. Now.... 3500 calories.... there is only 2300 in solid food calories in your diet.... definitely would drop a shake.. and try to fit more solid food in.
the shakes i would save right before the gym. they are digested rather quick and make for great energy.
