Time between Cycles
If you run a 10 week cycle, how often should you lay off before starting another? How about for a 12 week cycle? What is your favorite and why?

I try to follow this rule.....Time on = Time off

BLOOD TESTS!
GOTO THE DOCTOR! Time on = Time off = BULLSH!T!
If you have NOT FULLY RECOVERED to Basline(pre-cycle test levels) then you should not go back on.
Be smart. Be patient. Slow and steady.....

...yes, it is best to get a blood test to determine full recovery, however, if you dont have that luxury, the general rule of thumb is time on (including pct)=time off...so, 12 weeks +4 weeks pct = 16 weeks = at least 4 months off...

"Time on = Time off" was formulated by those who want to get back on as SOON as POSSIBLE. There is NO justification.
It is NOT A LUXURY to see a DOCTOR! It IS a luxury however, to use anabolic steroids .
If you can not SEE A DOC, DO NOT USE STEROIDS !

Would you recommend a 10 week or 12 week cycle?

relax ross, not everything in life and this sport/hobby is black and white...and the length of your cycle depends on the compound you are using, but generally 12 weeks is norm...

I've run some long back to back cycles over the past few years with maybe 12 weeks off in between them. This counts pct time and I never had any issue. I get blood test done to make sure that everything is ok and everything seems to go back to normal from the blood test results. I believe hcg is a must during long cycles and at the end of any cycle.

Blood work is the only way to truly know if you've fully recovered. You should research a lot about PCT. IMO, it's more vital then the cycle is. Without a well thought out PCT your gains will disappear. Patience is a virtue bro, don't rush things, especially when it comes to AAS.

...well, i guess no problem with that if your gonna run 10 on 7 off for the rest of your life till you go on HRT, but most of us dont really plan on that...i would say it actualy is good to fully recover before cycling again tho...

I prefer 10 - 12 week cycles, than I wait until I have enough money to buy my new cycle, it could be 2 months or even 4 months all depends in money, if I was rich I would stay on all year round.
