I want to put on some mass... but I'm scared of syringue.
I want to start a first cycle of oral Turanabol,I'll be running 5 weeks on 50mg/day.
What do you think about the dosage and duration?
And I don't know the dosage and what to take for my PCT...
I want a very secure cycle for my liver,my stomach,my hair and my sexual drive.
so guys please help me to make a great cycle.

Bro, you've GOTTA get over being needle fobic. IMO, no injectables=no cycle.
Orals are like the icing on the cake, so to speak. The injectables are the basis of every cycle regarldless of bulking or cutting. The two links above are what a novice cycle should consist of.

I ran Tbol 50mg/ED for weeks 1-6 on a Test Enan 500mg/wk cycle. I really liked the Tbol for size and strength and added it again to the end of my 14 week cycle. Its something I would suggest to some one and use again for myself. Which I'm doing for my 2nd cycle.
50mg/ED is a good dose to see how you respond. Increases/decrease it accordingly on how you cope with side effects vs. gains.

I've read some reviews on the net about OT,some guys put on 10lbs of OT only.I will have the same amount with injections...I think

nope.. there are some that run them.. myself included.. but it depends on what you want to accomplish ..
do a search for oral only and you should have alot to read

12-13% bodyfat
165lbs,170 cm,I'm European.
I bench 220lbs for 8reps,Squat 308lbs for 6 reps.
I'd never take roids.
you mention you would never take roids but you are goin to run turinabol??what do you think they are?
