Jiggaman, this may seem like a dumb question, but what do you think caused your mild case of gyno? I mean any particular gear?

It will, if you're feeling small lumps, itching, soreness, hit 60-80mg Nolva until the feeling is gone, then continue 20mg nolva throughout your cycle and more for PCT.

If you wanna be proactive get Letro and use it at 2.5mg ED for a couple weeks then taper off (estrogen rebound)

I am getting Gyno surgery in acouple days and the Doc said you can try all these suppliment and stuff and the only way to get rid of it is threw surgery...The Surgery is 5,000 pluss so if you believe Nolva would help then do it but I don't think it will.
