how many cycles have you done before this one? how many calories have you been eating? im curious because i just started on monday a similar cycle.

Well I was already asked by the guys at work if I am juicing again.
As for previous cycles, I just finished a long 19 week ( test, eq, winny, ) about 3 months. I started at about 193 and just got up to about 208lb during cycle. I was not bloated at all.
As for now, I dont look bloated at all. I looked ripped and vascular and pumped. I will take pictures tommarow and post a cycle log. I want to get pictures before I started gaining, but had no idea it would be this much already.
I see 230lb coming soon, watch and see!

As for calories I am only getting about 4200 as of now with about 300 of that protien. I plan to increase my calories as soon as I go grocery shopping.

Did u do PCT after ur first cycle man? Cuz if you say you were not bloated at all and were sittin at 208 after starting at 193 and now start this cycle at 195 u lost like 90% of your gains.

please post pics when you get 'em. I am starting the SAME cycle on Jan 14th. do you plan on running the drol for another 4 weeks towards the end? I will be running either the drol or some winny for 4 weeks towards the end. that and IGF1.

I did all the pct shit, I did clomid, hcg , novadex
I did not keep up on my diet though.
I still kept 85% of my strenght,
maybe I was a little bloated last cycle at my high point, Because after cycle I finally had a six pack again.
Bench press for example I got up to 350 , just before this cycle can still do 315 for a couple reps,
I fuked my diet up thats why I lost so much!

This cycle is 50mg anadrol , up to 100mg for next 3 weeks if I can handle it.

Before and After Pics
Even though I lost most of my weight from last cycle I am still almost as strong. I will pass my last cycle max strength gains and max weight very quickly. Now that I fully understand how important rest and nutrition play a role.
