for a first inj cycle what would you recommend..500mg test e a week or 500mg sustanon ?

According to everyone here Test-E 500mg/wk for 12 weeks all the way.

Diet, PCT and training have to be perfect of course.

I wouldn't say that. There's nothing wrong with doing a test only cycle for your first one, nor for the second for that matter.

actually i just saw that its his second one....i thought it was his first.....i'm not to fond of a test only cycles but to each their own.

I'd go test e. It is cheaper and IMO yields the same results.

sust on my first one didnt really do anything for me.....
I too would choose test e

The only advantage that I have seen to sust. is the fact that it is almost always dosed correctly. Some of the mexican test e. can vary anywhere from 120-200. But for the price difference, the sust. just isn't worth it.

Not for your first one....Id just stick with the test...JMO
