True bulking???
Im about to do a bulking cycle, and wanna get the most out of it. Im thinking of doing a powerlifting tyep routine(something like Blown SC's west side split), or DC training I was wondering what ur guys thought r on bulking??? do u do the once a week method, westside, DC...?

shocked no one has ne thoughts, usually people say this is overtraining, but hey thats what the juice if for, right?

that shit is way too complicated for me. i just pick the basics- 4 sets of 10(8-15 really) . i don't concentrate on all the percentages. that shit is just pointless to me. you break down muscle with compound movements, eat good high protein diet, sleep and then you grow. if you add drugs you grow faster. it's not complicated unless you make it complicated. also i never do that low rep garbage because it doesn't make me grow, and it's way too easy to get injured.
