Hi i must say ive had a great time looking on the site and getting loads of info

looking to run my first cycle end of next mounth 40g d-bol a day for 4 weeks
and then 600mg deca for 5 weeks with vitb6 plus nlov and have clomid for pct

at the moment 16st 5ft 10

yes, you must use test also and if it is your first cycle, 600mg of deca might be a bit high, especially since you want to run the test higher than the deca, which puts your first test cycle at 700-800mg/week...maybe 400 deca and 500 test/week with the dbol on the front end...

I agree with SoulCard. You definitely need some Test in there, if you are going to run the Deca . And this being your first cycle, I'd run the deca at 400 mg/week and the Test at 500 mgs/week.

This may sound dumb deca at 200mg mon & Thurs so then 250 Test on Wends & fri or is that to close to each other
