Personally, I dislike this method, and feel that the slow ramping up and down is unnecessary. True, it is a good idea to ramp up in order to see how you (and your BBT) react, but I find that ramping down slowly is pointless in regards to helping your thyroid recover.. as long as there is enough exog. t3 to shut down endog. production, it's not going to recover. I would rather run a thyroid PCT (t-100x, thyroid energy, guggul's, colleus forskohlii, etc...)...
