Deca/Sus

Was wondering if anyone could help me out.... I think i found a source, I am going to take

Deca : 400mg wk
Sus: 400mg wk
My question is how long should i take this, and are the amounts good?

since the sust amps are 250mg's it will be easier to do 2 a week so
Sust 500mg's 1-10
Deca 400mg 1-10
clomid

That is a solid cycle, you will just have to wait about 4 weeks for everything to kick in. You could jumpstart with d-bol if you wanted.

Thanks for replying... I am looking to gain about 15 pounds of mass. I am at 5'7 172 right now.... my bench is at a solid 315.....i'm 29 years old.....This will be my first cycle......If there is a better cycle to do, please let me know....

it's solid first time cycle 400mg deca and 500 sust folowed with clomid.
i'm curious why 400mg sust because amps are 250.
i guess you are planning to shoot 2times per week 1ml of each wich will come to 400mg deca and 500 sust(assuming deca is 200mh/ml)

Try throwin some d-bol in at the beginnin i think u will be much happpier with the results!
