I'm gonna run
Test-E 500mg/wk week 1-12
Decca 300-400mg/wk week 1-10 (undecided on dose but not the point)
I'm gonna run a cutting diet for about 3 months to lose bf before I run the cycle.
My question is should I still run a cutting diet on this cycle?
Will this affect my gains?
My goal is to gain size while trying to stay as lean as possible. I'm 26 yrs old, about 15-18%bf and 185-190lbs. I have 1 cycle under my belt of Test-E @500/mg wk for 10 weeks.
Any advice will be appreciated.

like stated above, if you don't have sufficient calories, you won't grow. so the only reason for that cycle would be stregnth and maintainence while cutting. assuming you what too gain LBM, stick with a clean bulk. id shoot for 3,500cals CLEAN and you should grow like a weed. the cals aren't overkill so you shouldn't gain too much unwanted mass. however, keep in mind that you can't gain 10lbs of muscle without gaining fat. good luck to you.

cool man. you might bloat a bit from the deca and test. don't mistake this for fat though, it can discourage you.
I get the most growth out of deca when eating about 4500-5000 cal a day....It really only gives its full potential with high caloric intake.

i would suggest some letro or ldex run at .25mgs ed during your cycle. this will help you look as lean as possible while "on"
