    Exclamation So F*ckin Pissed

    ive been on a cycle for about 6weeks now on sus and deca . i know they are both legit cuz i took them b4 but im not making impresive gains yet? whats wrong? i eat right, i take enough, sleep enough. im starting to get very frustrated. please help.

    What dosages? Are you splitting the injections to 2x a week?

    are you training too much?
    what mgs are you taking?
    what are gains thus far?

    i split the injections to twice a week. 400mg of deca and 500mg of sus.
    i eat eggs for breakfast, chicken for lunch, tuna for lunch, usually a meat dinner, and like 2 protien drinks in between

    Have you been just guessing what your calories are or have you taken time to measure what they are (reading the packaging, weighing the food)?

    I'm asking this because, I had thought that I was hitting 2,500 calories. When I actually measured what I was eating for a few days, I found that I was barely hitting 2,000. I was usually eating around 1,800, and wasn't growing like I thought I should (natural at that point).

    Just thinking about what you said you eat for breakfast (eggs)--how many do you eat--cause those things are like 75 calories each (that's it). And if it's just egg whites you're eating, that's only 15 calories each.

    Let us know what changes you make to make you start growing again. It will be helpful information.

    What body type are you? Ecto- (thin almost no fat), Meso- (medium holding a low to moderate amount of fat normallly) Endo- football player build holding more fat than the other body types)?

    If you dont eat like a bodybuilder you an't going to look like one.....
    Simply eat more sleep more and train smart.........
