    Need to get Lean!

    What Up Gents&Ladies,

    Glad I came across this forum, it is a great resource for info on this "Hobby". Here is my deal:

    I am currently 33years old, 5'10" 188lbs, 18%BF. I am looking to get lean, and am planning a cycle. I would like to be 190-95lbs and 8-10%BF. That means I need to loose 18lbs of fat and gain 20lbs of LEAN muscle.

    Every three or four years I take a very conservative, 6 week cycle (anadrol , dbol , then eq)

    I realize cardio and diet will be a huge part of the puzzle, but need some guidance in two areas.

    1) Is this something I should attack as a single issue? Take something for cutting, something for bulk at the same time?

    2) Side effects are an issue for me. Low toxicity is important. So I need help picking the appropriate gear.

    Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

    Losing fat and gaining muscle at the same time are inflictng goals. (choose one or the other, then switch)Since you have 18% bodyfat, I recomend you do a cutting cycle first. Here is a cycle you could try:
    primo-1 gram 1-10
    anavar -80mgs ed 1-8
    proviron -25-50 mgs ed 1-10

    it is impossible to loose that much fat and replace it w/ lean tissue

    cardio and diet will make you loose the fat you want to shred off. Do cardio and eat right then build solid muscle w/ a lean gaining cycle.

    if side effects are a problem for you then you shouldnt be running gear. Liver toxcicity is totally over rated and Liv.52 and Pro Liver are great supps. that aid in removing toxins

    I would loose your desired amount of fat then do this:

    weeks 1-14 test enan 500 mg EW
    weeks 1-12 EQ 600 mg EW
    weeks 2-14 proviron 50 mg ED

    list your cycle experience, training experience, diet, workout routine

    if you do this right this cycle will yeild great dry results

    no test...6 weeks of EQ is a waste anyways
    This is very true. I had great gains from the db and ana, but very limited gains with the EQ cycle.

    I am pretty sure nearly ALL people that take anabolics have some level of concern over sides. My level of concern is probably higher than most. I am trying to make an informed/safe decision with my body. Not sure this excludes me from taking gear.

    I am considering taking clen or clen/t3 for the cutting.
    Good idea??

    If running clen, is t3 a big benefit?

    Yes, clen and t3 are very effective for loosing weight. But I would run some aas with it, so you dont burn away muscle also.

    Now you got me confused. Above you mentioned that loosing fat/gaining muscle in the manner that I would like is mutually exclusive.

    Can you explain the last post?

    Do you reccomend taking clen /ts/aas at same time to reach desired result?

    SOrry if I am a little thick...but this is not my area of expertise.

    In a cycle with with only clen/t3, chances are you will lose some muscle as well. You should take some steroids with it, so you can lose the fat and keep the muscle you have. Then, do a bulking cycle later!
