    Type of workout when on?

    I'm going to be doing a 4-5 week T-Bol only cycle and wondering if I should change my routine up to take advantage of better recovery times I will see. I've trained for five years, usually doing a 3 day or 4 day split. Recently I started doing Bill Star 5x5 3 times a week focusing a little more on adding strength to make gains and is almost all core lift work (deads, squats, bench, rows) with little ancillary work.

    I've looked at the proposed one day on one day off provided by this website http://www.steroid.com/workout.php but it seems like the reps are much higher than I'm used to. Most people say to get big you have to lift heavy, and not approach the 8-10 rep range very much. So I don't really know what to do, I value size and the vanity aspect a little more than strength at a ratio of what I'd say about 65%/35%.

    With whichever routine I pick, should I keep doing that same routine when I come off during PCT, or go back to using 5x5? I haven't been doing 5x5 for more than 3 weeks and I'd like to try to get the full effect of it. I have been kind of injured and been unable to perform some pressing exercises very well.

    well normally you SHOULD NOT CHANGE its not like it makes u recover super fast or anything like that.

    i just composed a new work out program that is working WOUNDERS for me ..

    just tweak ur workout until u find out what works best for you. everyone is different.

    About 8 pounds of lean muscle gain w/out sides and gyno is what I'm hoping for.

    Don't expect much. Maybe alittle muscle hardness and some strength gains.

    It depends.
    If he isn't ready to cycle yet (hasn't put forth any effort so far) he could gain up to 15lbs.
    If he has trained hard and right and is already of good size his gains will be much lower.

    You are being extremely optimistic running a tbol only cycle.Tbol is used in cutting cycles at the end to harden you up.Not known for putting on muscle mass by any means.

    ot isnt much of a bloater im going to say 5lbs if he is close to his potential and 8 if he is a scrub

    lol my predicted 8lbs was 1 of fat 2 water and 5 lbm if LUCKY

    All steroids will build muscle to some degree. He could gain a few Ibs, even on a girly cycle like that.

    Girly cycle?
    Some people are already big naturally, they don't need 5+ compounds in there body at insane dosages to get there.
    So that "girly cycle" might be all he wants.

    I never said he needed 5+compounds.What matters the most is genetics. But he should atleast run the t-bol 8 weeks 50mgs ed, in my opinion.

    8 weeks

    Yeah 8 weeks would be better.
    I would run it for that long but I have seen zero T-Bol only journals that have really saw much gain in size after about 5 weeks. If you know of any can you link me them or PM me? Have you used it for that long and continued to show results or anybody have first hand experience they can share? The more the merrier I can read the merrier. I've only read about eleven or so journals from various boards with T-Bol only but this is what it seems. I'll do a journal for this when I start in about a week and let everyone know how it goes.

    Still haven't figured out if I am going to change anything up though in my workout..

    Run for 8 weeks if you have enough.
    Gains don't show until around week 3 so 8 weeks is far better.
