    you low dose dnp users!!

    sup guys i have read kom's thread on low dose dnp useage.. i was pondering on doing the 10day 200mg a day dosage.. anyone with more knowledge on this issue? is it worth it? ect ect.. any and all info will be helpful i have never done it.. what kind of fat loss did you guys get?? also really my main question is it better to run it at the end of pct or can i do it during my cycle?? btw i am on 700mg prop a week at week 6...thanx fellas

    I would go longer than 10 days depending on how much fat you have to lose. If you did 400mg then you could lose a significant amount in 10 days but half the dosage means double the time. The next time I'm running it, it will be while on cycle at the end of a bulker. If this is your first time I'd do it alone after pct.

    yeah thats what i was thinking but with 400mg ed for 10 days what would i need to take with it?? also is there a rebound effect after use??

    The weight would melt off of u at 400mg for 10 days but Im pretty sure it
    would be unberable i ran clen at 280mcg and boy that was ruff but still didnt
    lose the kind of weight I wanted to.

    clen sucks! the sides werent that bad but it still sucked! i need something a little stronger.. i will go with dnp but i will probably run it at 200-300mg a day.. I DO NEED TO KNOW WHAT DID YOU GUYS RUN WITH IT... like potassium and etc..

    days 1-2 200mg ED
    days 3-6 400mg ED
    lost 23 lbs
    ran out of sleep aid so stopped the DNP . I can't sleep while bathing in my sweet.

    i am also considering adding dnp to the post cycle! doing a massive bulker over the winter with some GH for 8 months also, so i'll be running the dnp in conjunction with the growth hormone ....

    Clen worked for me, but not the way i thought from peoples posts. i took 200mcg a day and felt no sides after a day of that dosage! Maybe tiny shakes for 2 hours after the ingestion, but thats it

    why growth hormone man?? what were your results with clen?

    400mg ed wasn't too bad for me even in the summer heat. Also, I don't like DNP during PCT. I did that once and lost a good bit of muscle. This next go around I'm going to use 200-600mg of DNP (depending on how much I'm losing) at the tail end of my bulker for about 20-30 days along with T3. Also, you may want to use ephedrine with it or some other appetite suppresent because if you just let yourself go you'll eat more than you thought possible while on DNP. High protein, low carb, low fat works best as per SV-1's latest experiment.

    how was the rebound effect on dnp ? any weight gain after you used it?? also how long can you go between dnp cycles??

    I went immediatly into a bulker so I gained alot quickly, but it was still mostly muscle. There shouldn't be any rebound if you keep your diet in check. There is really no set amount of time to wait inbetween DNP cycles, it just depends on your goals. It takes about 10 days for all the DNP to get out of your system (you won't be able to tell there is any in your system after about 7), so if you're trying to give your body a break I'd allow two weeks minimum but there is really no need to. I find that after 3 days stopping DNP I feel almost normal and after 7 all the water weight is gone.

    DNP sounds like some serious **** ive read a whole lot on it over the net. I think if anyone reads this and thinks its not such a bad thing needs to do some serious reading and a doctors visit to get yourself checked out wouldnt hurt either. just be safe guys. by the way is dnp a controlled substance?

    I lost 11lbs in 7 days. No, DNP is not controlled in powder form. It is illegal in an ingestable form ie. caps. Here's what SV-1 reccomend taking with DNP:

    mr.man.. no flames but i honestly CANNOT believe that u lost 23 lbs on a 6 day dnp cycle and only going up to 400mg(unless u have pics to prove your results). i've had quite a bit of experince on dnp. and honestly it only works for me on 600mg and above and for atleast 10 days but never have i lost 23lbs!!!!!!!!.. hung solo i would suck it up and go with 400mg(it's not that bad) for 10-15 days. watch your fats and and carbs.. and make sure u do cardio. drink plenty of water. you may not lose 23lbs but u will notice a difference... good luck...

    i split it up every 4 hours..... is this the first time u r taking dnp ???.. if i were you i would go by how u feel with dnp.. i first 3 days stay with just 200mgs then start on 400mg every 12 hours and as u start feeling hot go by day by day and see how u get. with me it was just hot flashes here and there NOTHING TOOO BAD!!!.. if u want the last 3 days go ahead with 600mgs. u will definately sweat alot but u know what its' not too bad. just drink drink alot of water.... good luck to u. and try to see if u can take before and after picss.

    This is very, very bad advise. How you react to DNP is not how everyone else reacts to it. Some people find 200mg ED very hard to take, and no one should start at 400mg ED not knowing how they will react. Taking 400mg ED will cause someone to peak at 1080mg on day 15, that's over 1 gram of DNP. Now I've gone that high with no problems, but I sure as hell didn't do it my first time.

    DNP II experience

    DNP II is a mixture of DNP with an equal amount of Quecerin to help minimize the side effects.

    Start 189lbs, 5’10” 14% BF

    Day 1 – received the DNP II in the evening and started with first cap (200mg DNP + 200mg Quecerin) increase E to 800 iu 2x/d increased CAL-Mag supp to 400 mg 2x/d also 10 units of Humilin-R on waking and before lunch. Slept okay – but woke up at 3am for a while – not too hot though. I am drinking 50 ounces of water at night.

    Day 2 – one cap in AM 1 cap in PM felt warm and moist but not bad. Same as yesterday but added the glycerin and V8 juice. Also drinking 4-80 gram protein shakes (80 g Whey protein, 10g glutamine peptide, Ό teaspoon of cinnamon, 1 table spoon psyllium husks, 5 g creatine monohydrate with 15 ounces of water) and at least a gallon and a half of water. Oh, breathing is a bit difficult and if I talk for very long I am gasping for breath.

    Day 3 – a bit warmer and more moist today still not really sweating like others report. To yesterday I added the Taurine, pyruvate, iron, Selinium, and separate Magnisium AM and Calcium pm along with potassium and melotonin. Did sit in hot tub last night for a while and it felt remarkably good – I was very careful to monitor how I was feeling though. I am noticing that it feels a bit funny under my skin when I move – almost like when the bursa popped inside my elbow and that felt like pancake syrup under my skin – kind of sticky.

    Day – 4 well it is like living in the southern US hot and moist – still not sweating … more like seeping. No changes to supplements or dosages. Wow, it feels good just to have air move past me when I am walking down the hall. Same syrup feeling under my skin today.

    Day 5 – No changes in supplement dosages. Very sweaty night – stayed in a hotel. Went in the pool and then the hot tub probably both were mistakes. It was also pretty cold outside.

    Day 6 – Woke up with a very sore throat and my uvula (you know that hangeydownthing in the back of your mouth) was so swollen I thought it was a wad of phlegm and tried to swallow it several times. This was a pretty long day – or at least felt that way – I had to teach for three hours and talking and breathing still don’t go well together.

    Day 7 – another pretty sweaty night sleep – feel kinda sick – like the flu but not too bad. No Humilin-R today.

    Day 8 – last dose of DNP in the morning. Felt hot all day… and was sweaty through the night but just my head. Weighed 183 lbs but my stomach looks bloated.

    Day 9 – no DNP and no insulin but continue supplements.

    Day 12 – well, final weigh in was 181.0 so a little over a pound a day… not bad. Still look like I’m pregnant though. I feel leaner overall, but the stomach area…

    Next experiment will be 200mg/day for 20 days… I’ll see if that is a bit more pleasant.

    This wasn’t bad but my wife did get on me for being different – not very talkative – okay so less than normal.

    I did end up getting sick – nasty sore throat and sinus drainage about day 12. Maybe not related to the DNP but then again I did go swimming in November!

    Overall not bad. I kind of like not being cold no matter how cold it is outside/inside.

    I'm on that now. I am using 200mg for 21 days (3 weeks). I am in my last 3 weeks of my cycle, and I didn't want to do it during PCT. One thing I do recomend is using ephedra to keep the energy up. But also keep a CLOSE eye on your blood pressure if using ephedra while on gear. Mine is kinda high, and I can tell by how winded I get between sets at the gym. I workout VERY hard and heavy, but after a set, I feel like I just sprinted 300 yards at full speed. I'm glad my cycle is ending soon so I can get my blood pressure back in check.

    You can use diuretics to shed the water faster after your done with DNP .
