    Is this a smart/stupid move ?

I know i kinda of already know the answer to this but just weird how i go about it. I was going to make a appt. with family doc and tell him about my cycle that i want to start in 2 weeks from today. Just to take blood work and monitor me though out my cycle. How many of you guys do this ?
I figure i would go in with a print out of my cycle and PCT and let him know i know how to inject/aspirate and all that.

He is going to ask me why. I went before for blood work to get checked for STDs(to make girl feel better) and he asked me, before i told him, why do you want blood work ?
To me it make sense because he wants to know what to check for.

I just told my doc that I was starting a healthy eating routine and supplements and I wanted to make sure I was healthy. I told her I was lifting and just wanted to make sure. No other questions asked. I have done this three times now. She is just glad I am trying to be healthy. She also faxes me all of the results.

My regular family doctor doesnt even like me taking additional protein. Says its hard on my liver. I went to him hoping for a cortisone shot and he said "No, have to go to a specialist". So, I looked in my local yellow pages and found a reputable Sports Medicine Clinic. I got my cortisone shot. The doctor Im seeing even lifts weights and said he will be at my next competition. I even got him to write a prescription for Quinine before my last competition to avoid cramping.

Seems like most people are not 100% w/ the doc thing. I still feel weird about it. Maybe i will get blood work after my cycle and PCT and see how i turned out. I am only doing 500 week for test e .

if i were you and you are taking pre-cautions, i would let him know everything, if he isn't civil about it, and takes a congress apporach about it , instead of a doctor how he should, then i would switch doctors till i found someone i could trust.

I just feel like walking in with my print outs and saying , here is what i am going to do are you willing to help me out or not ?
Thats what it comes down to. I dont want him to waste his breath saying this is bad blah blah ... Doc i think with the education i have on the matter i know the sides and am willing to take that risk. I feel weird maybe because he is a family Doc and maybe he doesn't see this often. I dont know ..... i am start to lean more towards not telling him now. Its like trying to tell your parents something and you know a big lecture is coming no matter what you say and you just dont want to hear it.

Just a thought, maybe you switch docs to a more "friendly" orientated one, i recently did this, before starting my first cycle. He got me to get blood tests etc, and monitors me, ensures i get the correct stuff etc at the end. Only a thought, but often if your Dr is against what your doing they might not be interested in helping whatsoever. Good luck

Search for a different doctor that will honor your insurance if you got any.
