when during the day do you take clen and t3 i know clen spread out through the day but before or after cardio. same with t3. i will be starting them as soon as i find out thanks.

I take my clen first thing in the morning and before my afternoon workout and t3 first thing in the morning and 12 hours later.
Don't take Clen before workout because it may cause muscle cramps and don't take it before going to bed because it may cause sleeping disorder. Most of the people split it and take it at morning and before workout.
