HCG ??

My question is where and when should i run hcg i want to run it in the middle but at how much per shot and how many days, iv read 7 days consecutive is this proper?? Also should i run my hcg during the two weeks of last test e shot to pct even though i will be running var during that time. If so at how much per shot and how many days. One more question with my arimidex should i cut it to .50mg ed or keep it at 1mg ed let me know thanks guys

HCG can be incorperated into your cycle in 4 ways IMO.

1. Run it between weeks 7-8 at 500ius/ED. Then again the last 10 days leading upto PCT.

2. Run it only the last 10 days running up to PCT, 500ius/ED

3. Run it at 500ius/EOD for the entire cycle.

4. Run it only during PCT. Something like:

wk 1-3 HCG 1000ius/ED (Mon, Tues, Wed)
wk 3-5 Clomid 100mg/ED
wk 1-5 Nolva 20mg/ED

Alson include Creatine at 5g/ED. Along with a ZMA supplement and Glutamine at 10g/ED. Trib can also be added at 1g/ED.

If i run it between weeks 7 and 8 ed could i run it at 1000 iu?? or keep it at 500iu and if i also did it the last 10 days up to pct could i then begin a hcg pct program such as the one you stated if i used hcg for pct only??

I'd choose one of the 4 options.

There is one thing to be careful of when running HCG for long periods. That is, Leydig cell desensitization occurs. Making HCG's use ineffective. So running it for long periods of time, may cause negative effects.

ok, so with me running the var with hcg for the last 10 days will it still be effective i am runnin the var from week 7-16 2 weeks after the last test e shot to solidify gains so will this have an effect on the hcg??

from my research iv been told to take hcg throughout the whole cycle at between 250iu ad 500iu every 4 or 5 days on the day before the test injections.

I go the shock method, for a 14-16wk cycle, week 7/8 I'll take a 5000IU in two shots maybe 3, and repeat the last week of the cycle before pct.

Theres so many ways of using hcg bro, choose the one that sounds most productive to you and go with it, im personally fine with 250ius eod, but i play it by ear and increase it when im having issues!
