partially due to water but i bet if he was massive it was probably also becaues he was massive to begin with.

You get it everywhere. My neck and face balloon up whenever I take drol or other heavy androgens.

Water retention isnt all bad. It helps feed recovering muscles with the nutrients, minerals, proteins and vitimins their demending after a work out.

It does, however, not look very nice when your face is all bloated.

Take precautions and take an AI (L-Dex, Letro or Proviron ) when using a highly androgenic compound. This will help lower estrogen, in turn, affecting water retention. Also try to keep a low salt intake and drink plently of water.

My face holds water and so does my entire body. I'll be using an AI in every cycle from now. Its not worth looking like a water balloon for 14 weeks.

i actually dont mind the face bloat, well being skinny most of ur life is the reason. the last time i took dbol my face got a lil bloated. now for the first, im on anadrol for a 1 week & a day, im starting to see the bloat already.

as for the answer, yes, the water retains throughout ur entire body of muscle tissue.

Yes, I would suggest using an AI with dbol , drol, or test. The water retention I got from test e made my diastolic blood pressure skyrocket, added in ldex and everything came back into order.

its funny seeing some guys with little training experience and no frame balloon up with no definition and 3 months later they are RIGHT BACK to where they started...ahh poor kids

Its funny but the ONLY thing that has ever caused me to bloat at all was high
doses of creatine. 5 weeks and even my face was puffed. Test and deca never any bloat. Ive never done dbol or anaver though.
