Anybody know any certain tricks? I like the water retention from things such as M1T (everlasting pumps) :wg: but its not good for the blood pressure.....anybody know any way to keep it very low, or to a minimum?

drink lots of water bro and avoid sodium . i like hawthorne berry to control the bp you can also take letro or nolvadex during the cycle to keep water down but the best is proviron . but nothing beats good ole water drink 4 gallons. water rentention is a reality with dbol bro dont worry it goes away after the cycle peace

I appreciate the responses and the advice :) I know water retention goes away afterwards I was just concerned about the effect it had on BP. I dont wanna get high BP and be stuck with that forever thats all :(

Nolvadex will never stop bloating (edema). It's because of they way it works. It's a SERM and is selective to tissue that it will respond to like the Estrogen Receptor. So this will still alow aromatization to occur and estrogen will be produced. An AI stops aromatization so this is a effective way to keep estrogen down and stop bloating.Quote:
