i was told that if you wait any more than 3 days b/n injections of enanthate that it would be more effective to just do it all at one time. what ya'lls opinions of this? i was thinking monday and thursday for my shot but then i was thinking of doing it all on sunday.
No, It will keep your blood levels more constant if you split it up. This will result in better gains. Mon. and Thurs. will be perfect. It is also more convienient. How many mgs are you using?
