    How Long

    Just Finished A Sus And Proponate Course .i Was Taking 1gram Ov Sus A Week And 100mg Ov Propionate Ed 4 13 Weeks Been Of 4 Nearly 2 Weeks .how Long Do U Recon Till I Start My Next Course...a Month Or So ?

    Stick with the time on = time off. I know you may be anxious to get jacked again, but for health reasons I would give it some time. Your receptors need time to clear themselves out and allow your natty test levels to rise. Just my 2 cents.
