do some research man ..... ur gonna be running 200mgs of test a week which is pretty low ... and the winny NEEDS to be shot ED

test 500mg/week for 12 weeks
Winny 50mg/ed 6 weeks
If diet, cardio and training is in check, you should look alot leaner, more defined and cut with nice muscle separation. Winny gives me a dry, vascular look.
Up your Test dose to 400mg/wk. Run it for 12 weeks.
Run Prop 100mg/ED for weeks 11-16.
Run Winny 50mg/ED for weeks 11-16.
HCG may also be needed along with an AI.
this was my first 10 week cycle:
1cc of dbol a week
2 tabs of anadrol a day
3 tabs of winny a day

With your goal being just to keep muscle while dieting I think this is plenty enough...

bro, im sorry some doosh talked you into running that first cycle, your liver probably has some nice holes in it now. as far as # 2 goes, id say up the test to at least 300 mgs a week, maybe 400. i dont see any need to go much higher than that cause your trying to cut, not bulk. imo test prop/tren acetate would be more ideal though. tren is so strong it will make you gain muscle even on a cutting diet.
