post cycle Clen/T3 use

I just finished a cycle of:

WK 1-14 Test E @ 500 mg per WK
WK 1-12 Deca @ 400 mg per WK
wk 11-16 winny @ 50 mg per day split the dose 50/50

(currently in the 15 week)
(Have had very good results)
(Clean bulk, with 25 pounds and no water weight)

Stats as of today:
6'2"
233 lbs
7% bodyfat

My question is this.... I am going to incorporate a clen and T3 combo soon, which I just recieved, and was wondering the best way to cycle these two to get the best results. I know that clen and T3 are very synergistic and have used clen by itself before, but I am not sure if there is a different way I should be cycling the two to maximize my results.

I am more interesting in how to cycle the T3 as I have never taken it before and have been unable to find a search on how many pumps equals what # of mgs/etc...

Any help with the combo, especially the T3 cycling would be much appreciated.
