hey could some one help me out on this

ok i just did my first cycle...test e 250 mg twice a week for 10 weeks and test prop 50mg ed for the first 4 weeks. Is this alright for my next cyce...


test e 500mg a week for 14 weeks....r should i up the dose to 600?
test prop 100mg ed for six weeks.
should i add Eq 600 mg a week for 14 weeks too r maybe some decca?
novel 20 mg every day.

my last cycle i gained 29 pounds...i had one problem is that i had gotten really hairy..dose this go away after the cycle...i hate hair..like i have it on the upper middel of my back..i hate it.. so can some people help me out on my next cycle..

You could work the cycle like this..........
week 1 - 4 Prop 75mg ED
Week 1 - 13 Enan 600mg /wk
week 1 - 12 EQ 600mg /wk
week 14 - 15 Prop 75mg ED
week 1 - 15 Nolva 10mg ED
week 1 - 15 L-dex .25mg ED

Start PCT 3 days after last Prop injection and run it for at least 30 days
Day 1 - 30 100mg Clomid / 20mg Nolva / .25mg L-dex

are u looking to bulk or for lean mass DaBoy

of course bulk...im not looking to be skinny by any means!!!lol..so you think i should throw some eq in? what about all this hair im getting? anything for that

If you have gained 29 lbs on your first cycle i would keep the dose of the main test the same at 500mg, i would look at adding another compound maybe something like this-
wk 1-4 dbol 30mg
wk 1-11 Test E 500mg
wk 12-14 prop (100mg ED)
nolva
and Proper Pct

d-bol instead of prop to kick start...can i use both?

no i wouldnt do both, either pick one or the other, i picked dbol for the start because you tried prop kickstart in you previous cycle,

Yes you can use both in the same cycle if you do it like this:

week 1 - 4 D-bol 40mg ED
Week 1 - 13 Enan 600mg /wk
week 1 - 12 EQ 600mg /wk
week 14 - 15 Prop 75mg ED
week 1 - 15 Nolva 10mg ED
week 1 - 15 L-dex .25mg ED
